DESAIGN AND SIMULATION OF ADC CIRCUITS COMPILED BY IC ADC0804 AND IC ADC0809

Abstract: Medan Aviation Polytechnic is one of the campuses under ministry transportation which has a major in telecommunication and air navigation engineering Indonesia. Based on field surveys, an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) practicum kit needed improve ability cadets. this background, study aims design simulate two ADC circuits, each compiled by integrated circuit (IC) ADC0804 IC ADC0809 respectively. Three statistical formulas, namely mean error (ME), standard deviation (SDE), root square (RMSE) are used measure performance circuits. Both circuits simulated using Proteus 8.11 Simulator with 255 analog input voltages. result study, it known that more accurate than ADC0804. This evidenced smaller value, based simulation results ME, SDE, RMSE values were 0.4210, 0.3410, 0.5110, And, measurement results, respectively, 0.8510, 0.8110, 0.9310. Keywords: ADC; Simulator; ADC0804; ADC0809; ME; SDE; Abstrak: Politeknik Penerbangan adalah salah satu kampus di bawah Kementerian Perhubungan yang memiliki jurusan teknik telekomunikasi dan navigasi udara Berdasarkan survei lapangan, praktikum konverter ke digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuat taruna. latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang mensimulasi dua rangkaian masing-masing disusun oleh ADC0809. Tiga formula statistik, yaitu digunakan mengukur kinerja kedua tersebut. Kedua tersebut disimulasi menggunakan dengan tegangan masukan analog. hasil diketahui bahwa lebih akurat dibandingkan Hal dibuktikan nilai kesalahan kecil, berdasarkan simulasi 0,4210, 0,3410 0,5110. Dan pengukuran 0,8510, 0,8110, 0,9310. Kata kunci: 8.11;
